Pity we didnt see the boat on the water.

As for burning out 3 motors, try dropping back to the original prop, perhaps the one you have fitted is too large for the motor.
I can see the boat has water cooling, but make sure the coling hoses are not bent too sharply and slowing the coling water flow.
