Another boat leaves the yard
I’m sure he will get the same amount of pleasure sailing it as I did making it!! He looked so happy!

Another boat leaves the yard
I started modelling again for enjoyment and to escape from the everyday routine.
I really enjoy making the boats, it gives me great pleasure and tests my patience!
But in order to pay for the new, the old have to leave..
Last night Emily James left for a new home, as with previous boats I waited for the buyer to arrive and was really pleased to see someone local to me (15miles) purchased it. Oliver and his dad came to the house and I was so delighted to see the look on the 13 year old's face! I know he will enjoy the boat and he was asking lots of questions about the build..
As they left I was of course sad to see the model go but was really happy that it has gone to someone who will really enjoy it!
And now onto Emily James II!
