Hi
Submarines are alive and well, have a look at the Association of Model Submariners facebook page.

That's all right, Mr Ryan. My Morse is so rusty, I could be sending him dimensions on Playmate of the Month.

I have a hull of HMS Thetis at 1:48 scale. However it has stalled in its construction, mainly due to not being able to get a water-tight compartment made and trying to make the forward planes fold. Like most of my models, I’ve moved on to other projects!

Not much on here about model submarines - is it not a popular subject or like the real thing do people just not take about it, go a couple of member at our club in Southport with them - one a old U Boat and one a Astute Class Submarine
