Many of you expressed thanks to Stephen for the "model-boats.com" web site. I understand the work, time and expenses involved as I run several web sites (though much simpler).

To that one person, stop the negativity. This is a positive note of appreciation to one who deserves to see the positive results of his work. If you have a personal grief, stow that somewhere else.

In fact, as ChrisF pointed out, it seems to me that this hobby is on the decline a bit too.
It is also practiced by a fairly high age group.
I hope that our attitude is open and jovial towards those who start this activity.
Unfortunately I don't always notice positive attitudes, but the human soul is always the same.
It is not always free from small jealousies, small envies, small acrimonies, in short little things.

I visit a number of forums and this has become my favourite model boat forum.

Thanks to the members it remains pretty active, unlike others which seem quiet, partly due to the reduction in the size of the hobby overall.

Members are so helpful, polite and good humoured, it is a pleasure to participate. 😉

So right this websiite is first rate. In my mind the members go above and beond in helping and humor.
